Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced bakery professional to join our Kuala Lumpur bakery operations. The role requires at least two years of hands-on bakery experience in local/wholesale settings and the ability to work independently, including night shifts.

You will contribute to producing a wide range of breads and pastries while adhering to established quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures and following production guidelines,

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in the bakery field in local/wholesale bakery, hotel/resort or ship operation.
• Experience producing large quantities and varieties of breads, cakes, pastries, muffins, scones, cookies, brownies, etc.
• Ability to work independently and on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Mix, proof, and portion all bakery products within set guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure opening and closing procedures for bakery and production areas.
• Additional duties as directed by culinary management.
