Job summary

WYLD Group Asia is seeking a kitchen production team member in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will follow recipes, SOPs, and production schedules set by senior chefs to support measuring, mixing, baking, and assembling products.

You will ensure quality in taste, texture, and presentation while maintaining clean, organized workstations and safe handling of equipment. Able to work early shifts in a fast-paced production environment, with fresh graduates or those with culinary training encouraged to

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (pastry/bakery experience is a plus).
• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with culinary training are welcome.
• Able to work early shifts in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes, SOPs, and production schedules set by senior chefs.
• Support in measuring, mixing, baking, and assembling products.
• Ensure products meet company standards in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations at all times.
• Handle basic equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Support packing and preparation for delivery to outlets.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in stock handling, ingredient storage, and inventory control.
• Be flexible to rotate between different sections based on operational needs.
