Job summary

Chanson Camellia Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced bakery supervisor to oversee daily production and ensure consistent bread quality. The role requires Mandarin communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and a strong passion for artisan baking.

You will lead the bakery team, monitor hygiene and food safety, and drive output in a fast-paced environment. Prior supervisory experience in bakery production is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mandarin communication to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues.
• 3-5 years of baking experience in bakery production or a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily bakery production and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the full bread-making process, including dough preparation, shaping, filling, baking, and decorating.
• Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and consistency.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with company SOPs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bakery team to achieve production goals.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Assist with new product development and process improvements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
