You will support senior chefs, organize workstations, and help manage basic inventory. Flexible shifts and physical stamina are required for this kitchen role.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and portion standards.
• Experience handling basic kitchen equipment and preparing hot and cold dishes.
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Strong communication with chefs, service staff and team members.
• Relevant culinary certificate/diploma preferred; hotel/restaurant kitchen experience is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn from senior staff.
