GEO Resort & Hotel in Genting Highlands is seeking a Commis to assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen operations.

You will wash, peel and cut vegetables, prepare ingredients to recipes, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards while supporting cooking and plating under the chef's guidance. This role offers exposure to a 5-star resort environment with multiple dining outlets and guest services, with opportunities for growth in hotel gastronomy.

Formación

• Basics of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
