• Minimum 8 years of business development experience in the IT industry.
• Well-established relationships with key decision makers.
• Excellent understanding of IT hardware and ecosystem.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to engage at all levels.
• Exceptional client service, negotiation and persuasion skills.

Aufgaben

• Own end‑to‑end commercial development from opportunity identification to pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
• Build and strengthen ASUS brand credibility with nominated reseller and partner ecosystems.
• Establish senior‑level relationships with partners, influencers, and decision‑makers to uncover and progress opportunities.
• Provide data‑driven feedback to HQ supporting partner strategy, forecast accuracy, and local market alignment.
• Lead market analysis and account targeting to accelerate penetration across priority organisations and channels.
• Collaborate with Technical and Solutions teams to shape offerings aligned to government requirements.
• Deliver enablement and briefing sessions to partners and internal stakeholders to support positioning and sales execution.
