Job summary

Sri Nona Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Commercial Sales Support Analyst to join our team as the backbone of the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) function. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or similar commercial support function.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel: mastery of complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data modelling.
• Proficient in designing and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI.
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for storytelling and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business Manager to design and implement strategies that enhance sales productivity and territory efficiency.
• Maintain the integrity of sales data, ensuring accuracy in reporting across internal systems.
• Develop, update, and manage robust sales trackers to monitor real-time performance against targets.
• Administer sales incentive schemes, including monthly performance monitoring, calculation validation, and payout analysis.
• Design, build, and maintain high-impact dashboards (Power BI) to provide visibility into KPIs and trends.
• Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and propose solutions to streamline operations.
• Lead and support analytical projects to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare professional and persuasive presentations for management reviews and sales meetings.
