Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support Associate in the Strategic Analytics and Insights (SAI) team in Kuala Lumpur. You will liaison between Commercial, Finance and Sales, guiding finance processes and ensuring monthly closing deadlines while supporting sales operations.

You’ll partner with APAC sales development teams, optimize tools and processes, manage CRM records, assist with decks, invoicing, revenue recognition, and provide actionable market insights to accelerate the sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus for APAC markets.
• Experience with Excel, Dynamics, PowerBI, and CRM tools is desirable.
• Fresh graduates with sales coordinating/vendor liaising internships are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAI sales representatives to support day-to-day Inside Sales activities for both Hong Kong and Malaysia markets.
• Assist sales representatives in updating decks with NIQ branding, ensuring client-ready content.
• Manage and maintain CRM records for sales representatives, ensuring accuracy.
• Analyze market data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
• Handle invoicing and contract renewals, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes.
• Ensure proper revenue recognition by updating project dates and coordinating follow-ups with operations and sales representatives on pending tasks.
