Job summary

SKINTIFIC in Malaysia seeks a Sales Force Effectiveness Executive (Data Analyst) to manage offline sales data, build dashboards and deliver national performance insights by account and channel. You will track market share, stock, pricing, promotions and ROI while collaborating with KAM, Operations and Commercial Finance to push sales growth.

Requires a Diploma/Bachelor with 1–2 years FMCG experience, solid Excel skills, and strong communication to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any major (Business, Engineering, Statistics preferable)
• Having 1–2 years experience in sales/marketing FMCG with field experience or as KAE/Trade Marketing Analyst
• Knowledge of market dynamics and FMCG
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel preferable)
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage offline sales team database and performance analysis across pharmacies and channels.
• Provide monthly, weekly and daily performance dashboards and in-depth analysis by account, omnichannel and store level.
• Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in Market Share, Sell In/Out, stock, pricing and ROI.
• Coordinate with KAM, Operations and Finance teams to provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
• Forecast monthly sales volume, replenish suggestions and NPD pipeline by account and SKU to optimize stock and sales trends.
