Job summary

NABATI FOOD MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support monthly incentive reports and daily sales data consolidation across regions.

You will liaise with branch managers, distributors, and area managers to ensure data accuracy, prepare ad hoc analyses, and maintain weekly and monthly reporting schedules in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data compilation, formulas, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple reports accurately.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with area managers, branch managers, and distributors.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Compile monthly salesman incentive reports for each sales area and verify accuracy.
• Liaise with branch managers to resolve discrepancies and submit finalized reports to HQ.
• Consolidate and update daily sales data from all areas into the Daily Sales Report every Mon, Wed, and Fri.
• Ensure distributors submit monthly closing sales data on time and maintain accurate records.
• Update and maintain monthly closing stock inventory records for distributors and branches.
• Review, verify, and update weekly Sales Supervisor Reports for each sales area.
• Monitor and update the monthly New Product Launch (NPL) tracking report.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to the direct superior, including ad hoc reports and analysis.
