Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a premier retail mall and related assets. You will lead facilities maintenance, service contracts, and leasing strategies to maximise occupancy while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with proven mall operations or facilities management experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven experience in property management, mall operations, or facilities management.
• Exposure to leasing, tenant management, and occupancy planning.
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and facilities operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
