Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical / HVAC and 1–2 years of job-related experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Must meet physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Good communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems for HVAC/R.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify best course of action for modifications.
• Follow defined procedures and deliver output under supervision and guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Operate company vehicles to carry out daily work responsibilities.
