Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a collections officer to contact customers about overdue payments, arrange suitable payment plans and follow up on outstanding balances. You will update customer and payment records in the internal system and escalate unresolved cases to the Field and Recovery team as needed.

The role requires a minimum SPM qualification or above, good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or above is required.
• Experience in collections, credit control, debt recovery, or customer service preferred.
• Good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers about overdue payments
• Arrange suitable payment plans
• Follow up on outstanding payments
