Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a Collections Officer to contact customers about overdue payments, arrange suitable payment plans and follow up on outstanding balances. You will update records in the internal system and work toward achieving assigned targets with the Field and Recovery team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum SPM qualification, related experience in collections or customer service is preferred, and strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Related experience in collections, credit control, debt recovery, or customer service is preferred, but those interested in this field are also encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using the company’s internal system to update collection results
