Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections operations and recovery.
• Experience with client-facing workshops and requirement gathering.
• Experience in banking or financial institutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undergo intensive internal training to master the debt collection platform, including workflow configurations and automation logic.
• Translate operational requirements into clear functional specifications and practical implementation guidance.
• Observe and analyze clients' end-to-end collection operations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Recommend practical workflow improvements and automation enhancements to improve recovery performance.
• Conduct workshops and presentations with frontline users, supervisors, and decision-makers.
• Support implementation, optimization, and post-go-live activities while driving continuous improvement.
