SK Intellix Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Executive to handle customer service and collections duties in a fast-paced environment. You will communicate with customers, educate on payment options, and resolve disputes with empathy and professionalism.

Fluency in English, Malay, Chinese, and Tamil is preferred. The role requires at least a primary/secondary education level with professional certificates or a diploma in business studies/administration/management.

Qualificações

• 1 year of related working experience preferred.
• Junior Executive role specializing in Customer Service or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via outbound/inbound calls about overdue accounts professionally and empathetically.
• Educate customers about payment options, repayment plans, and consequences of non-payment.
• Resolve disputes by addressing customer concerns effectively and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and laws in all collection activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist customers in understanding their rights and responsibilities regarding debts.
• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding payments.
• Complete assigned jobs within the given timeline.

Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.

Preferably JUNIOR EXECUTIVE specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese, and Tamil languages for both spoken and written

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via outbound/inbound phone calls with customers who have overdue accounts in a professional and empathetic manner

Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify customers' outstanding payments.

Completing the assigned jobs within the timeline given.
