HSBC Holdings plc in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Asst. MGR – Technical Collateral Management GSC to support collateral risk management for OTC/Repo/FX products. This hybrid role collaborates with the Middle Office, MO, and global teams to ensure robust processes and timely issue resolution.

You will contribute to continuous process improvements, maintain compliance with internal and external rules, and develop knowledge of derivatives and collateral operations within HSBC Markets & Securities Services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily operations support to ensure controls are carried out to prevent losses and reputational risk
• Be primary contact for business and clients for escalation issues
• Ensure dispute processes are aligned globally to mitigate risk and improve efficiency
• Support collateral management in onboarding, testing new workflows and implementing improvements
