We are looking for a skilled CNC Turning Programmer to join our precision manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for programming CNC turning machines, optimizing machining processes and ensuring high quality production of turning components according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, write and edit CNC programs by using CAM software and G-code.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints and specifications to create accurate machining programs.
  • Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters and machining strategies based on material and design.
  • Able to set up CNC turning machines.
  • Optimize programs to improve cycle times, tool life and overall productivity.
  • Collaborate with machinists, engineers and quality inspectors to ensure parts meet required tolerances and surface finishes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setup sheets and tool lists.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues and adjust programs as necessary.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the machining department.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.
