Job summary

V.S. INDUSTRY BERHAD is seeking a CNC Operator to operate and set up CNC machines for precision machining in a production environment. The role requires reading engineering drawings, carrying out machining to specifications, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in CNC machining is an advantage.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines for precision machining.
• Perform CNC machining according to drawings and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure product quality.
• Carry out basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments.
• Support mould, tooling, and production requirements.
• Maintain proper records of machining and maintenance activities.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
