Job summary

Hirehub Group is hiring for a CNC installation/service technician based in Puncak Alam, Selangor. You will install, align, and commission CNC machines, diagnose and repair issues, and support after-sales services for customers.

The role requires a diploma or higher in mechanical/ electromechanical fields, 3–5 years’ CNC experience, and willingness to travel. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in CNC machine installation or service.
Willingness to travel for business and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of CNC machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines.
Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period.
Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories.
Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.
