Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain, inspect and perform functional testing of CNC machines on-site. You will troubleshoot, perform corrective maintenance and repaires, identify issues, and carry out tasks with the appropriate tools and safety procedures.

Willingness to travel for installations and servicing, and fluent English or Mandarin, are required for this role.

Qualifications

• CNC machine experience is a MUST.
• Experience in machine servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting or repair.
• Able to communicate in English or Mandarin.
• Willing to travel for installation and maintenance when required.
• Hands-on with industrial machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, inspection and functional testing of CNC machines.
• Carry out troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repair works on machinery.
• Prepare and use the appropriate tools, equipment, materials and consumables for service jobs.
• Identify machine issues and carry out necessary repair and maintenance works.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow proper safety procedures and practices.
• Support ad hoc service and technical projects as assigned.
