Job summary

Yamazen (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a CNC Service Engineer to be based in Johor Bahru. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will undergo hands-on training to support installation, calibration, servicing, and maintenance of CNC machines.

You will work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide after-sales support, with opportunities to advance in the CNC industry and related roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must possess own transport.
• Hands-on training and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales services, servicing, and repairs of CNC machines.
• Perform installation and calibration of new CNC machines.
• Liaise with customers on all service-related jobs and ensure customer satisfaction.
