Job summary

You will lead precision installation, alignments, and full commissioning, while diagnosing complex issues and providing on-site training to customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.

Responsibilities

• Execute the precision installation, mechanical/electrical alignment, and full commissioning of advanced CNC machines at client sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize customer downtime.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support and routine maintenance services, leveraging diagnostic data to preemptively address potential machine faults.
• Provide on-site operational training and basic machine guidance to clients, enabling optimal use of equipment and automation features.
• Coordinate outbound shipment preparations with warehouse/logistics, manage delivery orders, acceptance forms, and final inspection reports.
• Submit detailed service reports and feedback to the Regional Service Manager.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and engineering to ensure smooth after-sales operations.

The Role

You will be the frontline technical expert ensuring our machinery operates at peak performance on the client floor. As manufacturing relies increasingly on continuous, unattended operation, you will not only handle traditional mechanical and electrical alignment but also support the shift toward predictive maintenance and smart factory diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the precision installation, mechanical/electrical alignment, and full commissioning of advanced CNC machines at client sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize customer downtime.
• Deliver comprehensive technical support and routine maintenance services, leveraging diagnostic data to preemptively address potential machine faults.
• Provide critical on-site operational training and basic machine guidance to clients, empowering them to maximize their equipment's potential and automation features.
• Partner with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate outbound shipment preparations, managing delivery orders, acceptance forms, and final inspection reports.
• Document all field activities accurately, submitting detailed service reports and feedback to the Regional Service Manager.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal sales, logistics, and engineering departments to ensure frictionless after-sales operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Mandatory: 3-5 years of direct, hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning, or servicing of CNC machines.
• In-depth familiarity with modern CNC control systems (FANUC, Mitsubishi, etc.) and their diagnostic interfaces.
• Strong willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for domestic and regional business trips across Southeast Asia.
• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, paired with strong communication and customer-facing skills.
