Job summary

Hirehub Group is hiring for a CNC installation/service technician based in Puncak Alam, Selangor. You will install, align, and commission CNC machines, diagnose and repair issues, and support after-sales services for customers.

The role requires a diploma or higher in mechanical/ electromechanical fields, 3–5 years’ CNC experience, and willingness to travel. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in CNC machine installation or service.
• Willingness to travel for business and strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of CNC machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines.
• Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period.
• Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories.
• Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
• Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
• Provide on-site training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.
