Job summary

TBS Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create, edit and optimize CNC programs from engineering drawings.

You will develop machining processes, select tools and parameters, review drawings, troubleshoot issues and support first-article inspection to ensure parts meet tight specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Programmer in precision machining.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Familiar with G-code and M-code.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.
• Experience with CNC turning and/or milling.
• Experience with CAM software.

Requirements:

Relevant experience as a CNC Programmer in precision machining.

Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.

Familiar with G-code and M-code.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Good knowledge of cutting tools, inserts and machining parameters.

Experience with CNC turning and/or milling.

Experience with CAM software is an advantage.

Able to independently troubleshoot and optimize CNC programs.
