Job summary

RC Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced CNC Turning Specialist to join our CNC Fabrication team in Penang. The role focuses on turning and mill-turn machining, Mazatrol programming, and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.

You will read engineering drawings, perform first-piece inspection, and optimize parameters for productivity and tool life. The successful candidate should hold a Diploma or equivalent and have 2+ years of CNC experience with Mazatrol

Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent qualification in machining or engineering.
Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience.
2-5 years CNC Turning / Lathe experience preferred.
Mazatrol programming experience required.
GD&T, engineering drawings, tolerances understanding.

Responsibilities

Operate and set up CNC Turning / Mill Turn machines.
Perform Mazatrol programming and adjust programs.
Set up chucks, collets, tools, inserts, workholding, and related equipment.
First-piece inspection and adjust tool offsets.
Read engineering drawings and GD&T.
Monitor machining quality and troubleshoot machine, tooling, and dimensional issues.
Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity, quality, and tool life.
Complete job routers, inspection plans, QMS documents, and production records.
Maintain machines and work areas according to 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Work closely with Production Planning, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to meet production schedules.
