Job summary

Singda Superalloy (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to operate and set up CNC machines according to production requirements and engineering drawings.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a strong eye for detail to ensure quality while reading drawings and performing basic maintenance. You will work independently and as part of a team, contributing to safe, efficient production of superalloy components.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles and machine maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines according to production requirements and engineering drawings.
• Perform machining of superalloy, titanium alloy, and other metal components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Monitor machine operation, tool condition, and product quality.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool changes.
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and 6S requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
