Sunyo Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Production Planning and Execution Manager responsible for creating detailed CNC production schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring on-time delivery.

The role collaborates with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Engineering to maintain smooth operations and achieve targets. The candidate will enforce strict quality standards, supervise inspections, drive CAPA for quality issues, and coordinate maintenance plans for

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required or preferred.
• Demonstrated team management capabilities.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.
• Familiar with production process facilities and basic management concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and issue detailed daily/weekly production schedules for CNC workshop using MPS and sales orders.
• Allocate personnel, equipment, materials and resources to meet schedule and on-time delivery.
• Monitor production progress in real time; identify bottlenecks and adjust resources or schedules to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control and Engineering for smooth operations.
• Enforce quality standards; supervise first article and in-process inspections; ensure product quality.
• Handle quality issues with root-cause analysis and CAPA implementation with Quality Department.
• Develop and supervise daily maintenance plans (Level 1/2) for CNC machines, tools, and fixtures.
• Work with Equipment Maintenance to resolve equipment failures and minimize downtime.

Production Planning and Execution Management

1. Develop and issue detailed daily and weekly production schedules for the CNC workshop based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and sales orders.
2. Effectively allocate personnel, equipment, materials, and other resources to ensure successful execution of the production schedule and on-time delivery.
3. Monitor production progress in real time, identify bottlenecks, and promptly adjust resources or schedules to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of
4. Coordinate communication and collaboration with other departments (such as Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Control, and Engineering) to ensure smooth production operations.

Production Quality Management

1. Strictly enforce company quality standards and process procedures to ensure products meet drawing specifications and technical requirements.
2. Supervise operators in performing first article inspection, in-process inspection, and self-inspection to ensure process quality is well controlled.
3. Organize the handling of quality issues during the production process, conduct preliminary root cause analysis, and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
4. Collaborate with the Quality Department on quality data collection, analysis, and improvement activities to continuously enhance product yield and conformity.

Equipment and Tooling Management

1. Responsible for developing and supervising the implementation of daily maintenance and servicing plans (Level 1 and Level 2) for CNC machines, cutting tools, measuring instruments, and fixtures.
2. Coordinate with the Equipment Maintenance Department to promptly resolve equipment failures and minimize downtime.
3. Oversee and enhance the maintenance capabilities for cutting tools and fixtures

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machining experience is added advantage.
