Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a precision manufacturing operation. You will oversee CNC turning, milling and multi-axis machining, guide production teams and ensure reliable delivery through effective control of quality, productivity and costs on the production floor.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of CNC manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years in production supervision or management.
• Strong understanding of turning, milling and multi-axis machining.
• Experience managing production schedules and improving processes.
• Knowledge of OEE, Lean practices and root-cause investigation.
• Proven ability to lead sizeable teams across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CNC turning, milling and multi-axis machining to meet plan and quality.
• Organise staffing, shift arrangements and work allocation.
• Guide supervisors, engineers and operators with clear handovers.
• Review production indicators and address performance issues.
• Coordinate with Planning and Engineering to balance schedules.
• Collaborate with Quality to investigate defects and controls.
• Partner with Maintenance to reduce downtime and promote care.
• Improve cost performance by boosting productivity and reducing scrap.
• Implement Lean/Kaizen to streamline processes and expand capability.
• Maintain safe working conditions and comply with EHS procedures.
