Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Machining, Manufacturing Technology or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of CNC machining and programming experience.
• Proficient in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
• Strong knowledge of machining principles, materials and tooling.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, blueprints, and specs to determine machining operations.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning.
• Set up CNC machines, install tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Operate CNC machines to produce accurate components within tolerances.
• Troubleshoot issues, adjust offsets, and improve cutting parameters.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the work area.
• Provide routine machine maintenance and report issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve workflow.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
