Job summary

ETI (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to operate milling and turning machines and optimize 5-axis CNC programs using Mastercam. You will analyze drawings, determine appropriate speeds, feeds, and tooling, and collaborate with production to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

The role requires a 3+ year track record in CNC programming, proficiency with Mastercam/Surfcam, and the ability to work independently in a Malaysian manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Prefer minimum 3 years CNC machines / programming experience.
• Knowledge in operating CNC 5-axis machines.
• Knowledge in Mastercam and Surfcam is an advantage.
• Computer literate and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines.
• Monitor CNC programs to ensure accuracy by comparing with drawings.
• Analyze drawings to determine cuts, speeds and feeds.
• Troubleshoot and assist machinists with CNC programming issues.
• Design jig & fixtures for machining and sub-assembly products.
• Lead with machining defect investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production to refine CNC processes.
