Job summary

Acestahl Engineering Group is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily activities including accounts payable, receivable, invoicing and payments. The role requires maintaining accurate ledgers and preparing monthly and yearly financial reports, with strong reconciliation duties.

The candidate should have a Diploma or higher in accounting and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with Mandarin language skills being compulsory for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job description

Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments.

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, journals, and financial reports.

Perform bank reconciliation, supplier statement reconciliation, and account reconciliation.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statutory accounts.

Ensure all payments, transactions, invoices, and accounting records are accurate and properly recorded.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and suppliers on account-related matters.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, customers, and other third parties.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting and financial records.

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and accounting schedules for management review.

Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and other financial analysis when required.

Handle general administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, office records, and coordination with other departments.

Assist in maintaining company procedures, policies, and administrative documentation.

Support HR and general office administration tasks when required.

Review and improve accounting and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENT

Able to understand and speak MANDARIN is COMPULSORY to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Preferred Languages: Verbal and written skills in English/Malay & a MUST for Mandarin

Knowledge of Accounting Candidate must possess at least

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang.

Ability to start immediately is an advantage.
