Job summary

Level Up Fitness Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is seeking a hands-on Club Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and maintain a professional, member-focused gym environment. You will manage the Customer Service Administrator team, ensure safety and cleanliness, handle member sign-ups and concerns, and coordinate with vendors.

A diploma or degree in Business or Sports Management plus 1–2 years supervisory experience is required; weekends and holidays are a must.

• Sports Management or related field
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passion for fitness and people development is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the Customer Service Administrator (CSA) team on daily duties and task performance.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and 1-on-1 check-ins to address performance, morale, and team goals.
• Monitor facility operations including cleanliness, equipment checks, and safety protocols.
• Ensure proper handling of member sign-ups, cancellations, freeze requests, and member concerns.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, equipment servicing, and supply deliveries.
• Maintain accurate reports on POS sales, stock counts, maintenance records, and task checklists.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new CSAs. evenings until 10:00 PM, weekends, and public holidays.
• Uphold discipline and teamwork to create a supportive and professional work environment.
• Act as the first point of escalation for member issues and operational challenges.
