Job summary

Selangor Coast Club Klang is seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Klang venue. Based in Klang, Selangor, you will oversee facilities, safety, events, and staff.

You will recruit, train, and manage the team under the direction of the General Committee, ensuring member satisfaction and high service standards. Flexibility to work during events is required.

This full-time role offers a dynamic environment within a premier social and recreational club.

Qualifications

• Experience in club management, sports facility management, or hospitality management is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing operations and staff teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

About the role
