Job summary

Dimennet Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. You will design and implement technical solutions for overseas clients and coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, a solid IT background, and willingness to travel. You will create solution design documents and provide post-implementation guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EE or related field.
• Strong cloud platform knowledge (Tencent, AWS, Alibaba, GCP, Huawei).
• Familiarity with Linux and middleware components.
• Fluent English and Chinese for technical guidance and demos.
• Willingness to travel short and long term.

Responsibilities

• Engage overseas clients to analyze technical requirements and design solutions.
• Coordinate with technical team to ensure implementations meet design goals.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support.

Role Overview: As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's overseas customers and partners. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing technical solutions, ensuring effective communication with clients to understand their needs, and addressing technical challenges during project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with overseas clients to analyze their technical requirements and design optimized solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support to clients.
• Develop technical documentation, including solution design documents, implementation plans, and operational manuals.
• Continuously gather client feedback to optimize existing solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
• Support the pre-sales team with technical demonstrations and ensure that clients understand and accept the products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing and familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP, and Huawei Cloud.
• Understanding of Linux, middleware, and basic cloud architecture components.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English, capable of providing technical guidance and pre-sales presentations in both languages.
• Willingness for short-term and long-term travel.
