Job summary

Dimennet Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. You will design and implement technical solutions for overseas clients and coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, a solid IT background, and willingness to travel. You will create solution design documents and provide post-implementation guidance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/EE or related field.
Strong cloud platform knowledge (Tencent, AWS, Alibaba, GCP, Huawei).
Familiarity with Linux and middleware components.
Fluent English and Chinese for technical guidance and demos.
Willingness to travel short and long term.

Responsibilities

Engage overseas clients to analyze technical requirements and design solutions.
Coordinate with technical team to ensure implementations meet design goals.
Provide technical guidance, training, and post-implementation support.
Develop solution design docs, implementation plans, and manuals.
Gather client feedback to optimize solutions and satisfaction.
Support pre-sales with technical demonstrations and product explanations.
