Job summary

G-Asiapacific in Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Consultant to be a key contact for clients and assist in crafting cloud solutions. You will have opportunities to present to diverse audiences across industries and grow your assigned territory while building strong customer relationships.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive growth, stay abreast of cloud technologies, and contribute to long-term success with key accounts.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have at least 2 years of corporate sales experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Information Technology background is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure or similar) is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive customer relationships and address cloud solution needs and challenges.
• Generate new sales from existing and potential customer networks.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architect and marketing to expand the client base.
• Serve as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.
• Monitor sales metrics and forecast performance.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure long-term business relationships.
• Maintain strong relationships with principals and partners.
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with advancements in cloud technology.
