Job summary

Alibaba Cloud in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to set up and land the overseas country-level business strategy, build streamlined sale-operation systems, and collaborate with regional sales teams to drive overseas revenue growth.

You will develop regional sales strategies, manage customer/partner pipelines, and provide data-driven recommendations while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; engineering preferred.
• More than 2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in cloud company.
• Excellent data analysis skills with ability to propose solutions based on business needs.
• Outstanding cross-departmental communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline management, customer/partner management, and industry trends.
• Experience building sales operations management systems; cloud industry experience preferred.
• English proficiency required; Malay or Chinese language skills are a plus due to China collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Set up and land Alibaba Cloud's overseas country-level business strategy and streamline sale-operation systems.
• Lead regional sales development strategies and operation plans to achieve business and operation KPIs.
• Manage customer and partner status from consumption trends to pipeline development in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
• Provide market insights, identify channel opportunities, and offer optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance and Backend teams to drive business and implement channel policies.
