Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Cloud Managed Services Engineer (L2) to ensure cloud infrastructure stability and performance. You will monitor queues, investigate incidents, and provide second-line support while maintaining SLAs and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent work experience.
Experience in Windows Server Administration, Linux Server Administration, virtualization, and storage.
Moderate experience in managed services and ServiceNow knowledge.
Ability to communicate and work effectively across cultures and social groups.

Responsibilities

Monitor and resolve cloud-based incidents and service requests.
Provide second-line support for incidents and requests with medium complexity.
Ensure SLAs are met and update tickets with actions taken.
Lead client escalations for operational issues and assist with change management.
Plan and execute approved maintenance activities and analyze incidents for trends.
Collaborate with automation teams to optimize efforts and coach Service desk on technical skills.
