Job summary

Westcon-Comstor in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Cloud Managed Service Specialist to join our APAC team. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to craft compelling cloud propositions and run POC programs with prospective customers.

You will present solutions, conduct workshops, and provide pre- and post-sales support while exploring new technologies in the market to drive customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI/TCP-IP, and network security.
• Minimum 2 years in IT security in a technical role.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• Good knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security and Protocols
• Experience in security technologies, including firewall and IPS
• At least 2 years experience in the IT Security domain, in a technical role
• Team player but with the ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
