Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Internship in Cloud Infrastructure End User Computing. You will provide first-level technical support for hardware, software and network issues and contribute to daily IT operations.

The role focuses on diagnosing incidents, maintaining IT asset management, documenting configurations, and assisting in designing improved workflows. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Automate and cloud platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Automate is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP, UiPath, SQL is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT incidents per organizational standards and best practices.
• Support IT operations through asset management and inventory tracking.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and configurations.
• Assist in designing and implementing new systems and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Process IT-related invoices, subscriptions, maintenance contracts and records.
• Support testing and validation of new systems and technologies.
• Research emerging technologies including Generative AI, automation and robotics.
