Job summary

GE Aerospace Malaysia in Subang Jaya seeks an IT intern to support M365 operations, migrations, and general IT tasks within our Subang facilities. This role offers hands-on experience across IT systems and infrastructure while collaborating with a diverse team.

Ideal candidates are undergrad students in IT or CS, able to commit 12–24 weeks, with interest in supporting manufacturing IT environments and a willingness to learn and document their work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma or degree in information technology or computer science.
• Strong interest in IT systems and infrastructure.
• Willingness to learn and apply technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for M365 applications, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Plan and execute M365 migration projects with minimal business disruption.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and monitor systems.
• Document resolutions and escalate issues to senior IT staff when needed.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support as required.
