Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Internship in Cloud Infrastructure End User Computing. You will provide first-level technical support for hardware, software and network issues and contribute to daily IT operations.

The role focuses on diagnosing incidents, maintaining IT asset management, documenting configurations, and assisting in designing improved workflows. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Automate and cloud platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications

Internship - Cloud Infrastructure End User Computing

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software and network issues, ensuring prompt resolution and positive user experience.

Diagnosing and resolving IT incidents in line with organizational standards and best practices.

Support daily operations through IT asset management, inventory tracking and administration of hardware, software and infrastructure components.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, processes and procedures to support transparency and knowledge sharing.

Assist in designing, developing and implementing new or improved systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Process and track IT-related invoices, telecommunications bills, software subscriptions, maintenance contracts and supporting records.

Support the testing and validation of new systems, applications and technologies to ensure quality and business alignment.

Research, evaluate and introduce emerging technologies and solutions, including Generative AI, automation and robotics to drive organizational improvement.

Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), UiPath (RPA) and programming or database technologies such as SQL is an advantage.
