Job summary

Esri Malaysia seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You’ll design, deploy, manage, and optimise cloud environments for customers, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability of GIS-enabled solutions.

You will work across AWS, Azure and GCP, delivering high-quality managed services, and providing technical guidance to clients and colleagues. Local Malaysian applicants only.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in cloud infrastructure.
• 1 hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change) and ITSM tools.
• Exposure to GIS, geospatial technologies, or ArcGIS platforms.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage and optimise cloud environments for diverse customers.
• Implement, monitor and optimise cloud infrastructure throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and produce documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver managed services and cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking and platform issues.
• Share knowledge with customers and colleagues.
