Esri Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You will design, deploy, manage and optimise cloud environments across AWS, Azure and GCP for diverse customers, ensuring security, reliability and scalability.

This role requires hands-on expertise with ESRI technologies like ArcGIS and GIS databases, and involves producing technical docs and guidance. Applicants should have 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, strong cloud platform experience, ITSM

Qualificações

5+ years' experience in cloud infrastructure/IT infrastructure.
Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure solutions.
Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
Understanding of cloud networking, security, monitoring, high availability and DR.

Responsabilidades

Design, deploy, manage and optimise cloud environments for customers.
Provision, configure, deploy, monitor and optimise cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking and platform issues.
Produce technical documentation, reports and recommendations for improvement.
Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to customers and colleagues.
