Esri Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You will design, deploy, manage, and optimise cloud environments for a range of customers, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable solutions tied to ESRI GIS platforms.

You will work across AWS, Azure, and GCP, provisioning and monitoring environments while collaborating with GIS specialists. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential, as is hands-on production experience in cloud

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in cloud infrastructure/IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on deployment and management across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with cloud networking, security, monitoring, HA, and DR.
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change).

About the Role

We're looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Consultant to join our Managed Services team. In this role, you'll help design, deploy, manage, and optimise cloud environments for a range of customers, supporting business-critical solutions that need to be secure, reliable, and scalable.

This is an opportunity for an experienced cloud professional to work across diverse customer environments while collaborating with technical specialists to deliver high-quality managed services and cloud solutions.

Here's what a typical day will look like:

• Implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Provision, configure, deploy, monitor, and optimise cloud environments throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with ESRI technologies, including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, enterprise GIS platforms, and GIS-related databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, and platform issues.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with agreed service levels, operational standards, and best practices.
• Produce technical documentation, operational reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to customers and colleagues where required.

About You - Applicants must be local Malaysian to be considered for this role.

You enjoy solving infrastructure challenges and working across modern cloud environments. You're confident engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have hands-on experience building and managing cloud platforms in production environments.

You will be successful if you have:

• 5+ years' experience in cloud infrastructure/IT infrastructure. Hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Strong experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Good understanding of cloud networking, security, monitoring, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and platform issues in complex environments.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to GIS, geospatial technologies, or ArcGIS platforms.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
