Job summary

Esri Malaysia is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Consultant to join our Managed Services team. You will design, deploy, manage, and optimise cloud environments for a range of customers, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable solutions tied to ESRI GIS platforms.

You will work across AWS, Azure, and GCP, provisioning and monitoring environments while collaborating with GIS specialists. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential, as is hands-on production experience in cloud

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cloud infrastructure/IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on deployment and management across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with cloud networking, security, monitoring, HA, and DR.
• Experience with ITSM processes (incident, problem, change).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and optimise cloud environments for diverse customers.
• Provide managed services and cloud solutions across production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and platform issues.
• Produce technical documentation and operational reports.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to customers and colleagues.
• Ensure services meet SLAs and best practices.
