EU Data SaaS Company in Kuala Lumpur is hiring an IT Business Analyst (Data Driven SaaS) to bridge data and product. You will work hybrid from KL Bangsar South and collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and analytics engineers.

You will translate customer goals into actionable steps for the Product Manager, build dashboards, and support onboarding with a focus on data quality and insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation, cleaning, and preparation.
• Comfortable communicating with non-technical customers.
• Strong storytelling to turn data into actionable insights.
• Background in Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or Customer Success in data-driven product companies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data operations and quality, recognizing that good data input leads to valuable insights.
• Track customer usage and utilization, providing support during onboarding and training.
• Deliver first-level technical and functional customer support.
• Assist with customer onboarding, training, and data integration to ensure customer success.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders.
