Capgemini Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Gen AI Lead to drive strategy, development, and deployment of Generative AI initiatives across the region, aligning with global objectives and delivering tangible business value.

The role requires deep GenAI expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and cloud platforms. You will guide cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders to scale AI solutions responsibly.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and related frameworks and tools.
• Strong Python proficiency and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GC).
• Proven ability to design scalable GenAI solutions with ML/DL knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a GenAI strategy and regional roadmap.
• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across functions like sales and marketing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable architectural designs for GenAI models.
• Build and manage GenAI teams, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI platform from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Advocate for GenAI value to executives while ensuring responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
