Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad seeks an experienced Nursing Education Coordinator to organize student nurses’ clinical learning experiences and coordinate with Unit Managers to ensure high-quality training. You will evaluate student performance, monitor patient care during attachments, and lead in-service education programs in collaboration with KPJIUC.

The role requires experience in nursing education, teaching certifications, BLS/ACLS/MTLS/PALS/NRP, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid Annual Practicing Certificate from Nursing Board of Malaysia.
• Post basic qualification recognized by Nursing Board of Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage student nurses' clinical learning experiences and coordinate with Unit Managers.
• Evaluate student nurses' performance and monitor patient-focused care during attachments.
• Lead in-service training programs and collaborate with KPJ International University College for curriculum updates.
• Ensure records and reports on student progress and staff competency are maintained.
